Notice of Appointment of Administrator and
Notice of the First Meeting of Creditors

Notice is hereby given that Bryan Edward Williams, insolvency practitioner of Auckland, was appointed administrator of GRIFFITHS MCKAY & BUCKLEIGH LIMITED (administrator appointed), pursuant to section 239I of the Companies Act 1993, on 15 January 2019.

The first meeting of creditors of the company will be held at Pupuke Golf Clubrooms at 231 East Coast Road, Campbells Bay, North Shore, Auckland, on 25 January 2019 commencing at 11.00am.

The purpose of the meeting is to:

1. decide whether to replace the administrator;
2. decide whether to appoint a creditors’ committee and, if so, to appoint its members;
3. receive and consider the directors’ statement of the company’s position; and
4. submit and consider an overview of the conduct of the administration.
