Notice of Appointment of Administrator and
Notice of First Meeting of Creditors

Imran Mohammed Kamal, insolvency practitioner of Wellington, was appointed administrator of OCEANIA NATURAL LIMITED pursuant to section 239I of the Companies Act 1993 (“Act”) on 6 May 2019 at 4.30pm.

The first meeting of creditors of the company will be held at 22 Prosser Street, Elsdon, Porirua, Wellington, on 23 May 2019 at 11.00am.

The purpose of the meeting is to:

1. Decide whether to replace the administrator;
2. decide whether to appoint a creditor’s committee and, if so, to appoint its members;
3. receive and consider the director’s statements.
