Notice of First Creditors’ Meeting

The administrators advise that the first meeting of creditors will be held at Baker Tilly Staples Rodway, Level 9, 45 Queen Street, Auckland on 9 April 2019 at 2.00pm.

Such meeting is convened for the purposes of:

1. Deciding whether to appoint a creditors’ committee and, if so, to appoint its members; and
2. Deciding whether there is any need to replace the administrators.
