Notice of Appointment of Administrator and
Notice of First Meeting of Creditors

Notice is given that Heath Gair, RITANZ accredited insolvency practitioner of Wellington, was appointed administrator of WORLDS BEST LITTLE WINE COMPANY LIMITED (trading as Moana Park Winery) (administrator appointed), pursuant to section 239I of the Companies Act 1993, on 5 March 2019 at 4.50pm.

The first meeting of creditors of the company will be held at The Crown Hotel, 22a Waghorne Street, Ahuriri, Napier, in the Vautier Room, on 15 March 2019, commencing at 10.30am.

The purpose of the meeting is to:

1. Decide whether to replace the administrator;
2. decide whether to appoint a creditor committed and, if so, appoint its members;
3. receive and consider the directors statements of position; and
4. submit and consider an overview of the conduct of the administration.
