Notice of Appointment of Administrator and
Notice of First Meeting of Creditors

Imran Mohammed Kamal, insolvency practitioner of Wellington, was appointed administrator of MODULE ASSEMBLY LIMITED pursuant to section 239I of the Companies Act 1993 (“Act”) on 1 March 2019 at 2.30pm and CHINA RAILWAY ZHONGJI HOLDING GROUP (NZ) LIMITED pursuant to section 239I of the Act on 1 March 2019 at 2.00pm.

The first meeting of creditors of the companies will be held at 22 Prosser Street, Elsdon, Porirua, Wellington, on 28 March 2019 at 4.00pm.

The purpose of the meeting is to:

1. Decide whether to replace the administrator
2. Decide whether to appoint a creditor’s committee and, if so, to appoint its members;
3. Receive and consider the director’s statements.
