POLSTEAM SHIPPING COMPANY (NZ) LIMITED hereby gives notice, pursuant to section 353 of the Companies Act 1993 (“Act”), that it intends to apply, under section 351 of the Act, to be removed from the New Zealand Register in connection with becoming incorporated under the law in force in Cyprus.

The company will apply to the Registrar to remove the company from the New Zealand Registrar not earlier than 20 working days after the date of publication of this notice.
