I intend to rectify the New Zealand Register of Companies in terms of section 360A(1)(a) of the Companies Act 1993 (“Act”) in relation to the following companies on the application of the following persons. Dates are those of registration:

SOUTH PACIFIC CORPORATION LIMITED (4232499) – the appointment of C. Horton as liquidator under section 241(2)(a) of the Act was invalid due to prior removal of the shareholder from the register. Notice of the appointment (20 July 2018) and the first report (26 July 2018) will be removed. The company will be returned to a registered status (application by C. Horton).

OCEAN AIR (NZ) LIMITED (402622) – W. A. Brown ceased as director on 18 November 2009 not 3 February 2011 (1 April 2011). The date will be corrected (application by C. Brown).

Any person who wishes to object must do so by 6 December 2018, being not less than 20 working days after the date of this notice.
