I intend to rectify the New Zealand Register of Companies in terms of section 360A(1)(a) of the Companies Act 1993 in relation to the following companies on the application of the following persons by deleting or amending documents as noted below and otherwise adjusting the register. Dates are those of registration:

DENIZE TRUSTEE COMPANY LIMITED (2093365) – the particulars of shareholding recording a transfer of the shares from A. G. Phillips to J. P. T. Denize, and the two particulars of director recording the appointment of J. P. T. Denize as director and that A. G. Phillips had ceased as director (all 2 February 2018) were incorrect. J. P. T. Denize will be replaced as director and shareholder by A. G. Phillips (application by A. G. Phillips).

SAFEHARBOUR FINANCIAL SERVICES LIMITED (3965299) – the particulars of director recording that P. Pillay had ceased as director and the particulars of shareholding recording transfers of shares from P. Pillay to A. Achary and V. Virdi (both 11 August 2017) were incorrect. The annual return (5 March 2018) records that information. P. Pillay will be returned as a director holding 25 shares, with A. Achary holding 38 shares and V. Virdi holding 37 shares, and the annual return will be amended accordingly (application by P. Pillay).

WAHAKURA AOTEAROA LIMITED (6310109) – the particulars of director recording that D. A. Battersby had ceased as director and the particulars of shareholding recording a transfer of shares from D. A. Battersby to K. J. May (both 19 March 2018) were incorrect. D. A. Battersby will be returned as a director holding 50 shares, with K. A. May holding 50 shares (application by D. A. Battersby).

Any person who wishes to object must do so by 19 July 2018, being not less than 20 working days after the date of this notice.
