Notice is hereby given that DILL INVESTMENTS LTD, with its registered office at Trackers Ltd, 7 Cromdale Place, Christchurch 8025, intends on or after 28 June 2018 to apply under section 351 of the Companies Act 1993 to be removed from the New Zealand Register in connection with becoming incorporated under the law in force in the Republic of Malta.
