Notice of Meeting of Creditors

Notice is given that, pursuant to section 243 of the Companies Act 1993, a meeting of creditors is to be held on 3 January 2019 at 11.00am at Level 6, 5 Short Street, Newmarket, Auckland.

Agenda

1. Discussion of affairs of the company including the liquidator’s first report;
2. To confirm the appointment of the liquidator; or
3. That a replacement liquidator be appointed in place of Grant Bruce Reynolds;
4. To appoint a creditor’s committee, and select the members.
