Notice of Meeting of Creditors

Pursuant to Section 243 of the Companies Act 1993

Notice is given that a meeting of creditors of TE TUMU MIERE LIMITED (in liquidation) will be held at the offices of Brookfields, Lawyers, Level 9, Tower One, 205 Queen Street, Auckland on Wednesday 19 December 2018, commencing at 10.00am.

Agenda

1. Liquidators’ report on the proceeding of the liquidation.
2. To receive the views of creditors in regard to the company’s affairs.
3. To confirm the appointment of Derek Ah Sam and Paul Vlasic as liquidators or to appoint another liquidator or liquidators in their place.

Proxies

Proxies must be completed and deposited at the offices of the liquidators not later than 5.00pm on 18 December 2018.
