Notice of Meeting of Creditors

I, John Marshall Scutter of Paraparaumu, chartered accountant and accredited insolvency practitioner, was appointed liquidator of MATRIX HOMES LIMITED by special resolution of shareholders on 16 October 2018 pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993.

Notice is now given that a meeting of the creditors of the company will be held at the Conference Centre of Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand – Chartered Accountants House, Level 7, 50 Customhouse Quay, Wellington 6011 on Monday, 26 November 2018 at 1.00pm. Registrations begin at 12.30pm.

The purpose of the meeting is to:

1. resolve whether to confirm the appointment of the current liquidator, or to appoint another liquidator in place of the liquidator so appointed; and
2. resolve whether to appoint a creditors’ committee.

A creditor may exercise the right to vote either by being present in person, by postal vote or by proxy. A proxy is entitled to attend and be heard at the meeting as if the proxy were a creditor.

If you wish to vote by proxy, you must complete the proxy form and deliver it to the liquidator not less than two (2) working days before the start of the meeting (being 21 November 2018) either by email: john@fervor.co.nz, or post: PO Box 2236, Raumati Beach, Paraparaumu 5255.

If you are a creditor of the company and you have not received the liquidator’s first report and/or meeting documentation, please contact the liquidator at the address details below as soon as possible and submit the required claim and voting forms by the time and dates prescribed in such forms.
