Public Notice of Meeting of Creditors

Pursuant to Section 243 of the Companies Act 1993

We, Andrew Bethell and James Greenway, Chartered Accountants and CAANZ Accredited Insolvency Practitioners of BDO Auckland, were appointed joint and several liquidators of H CONSTRUCTION NORTH ISLAND LIMITED by a special resolution of the shareholders on 1 June 2018 in accordance with section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993.

A meeting of creditors will be held at BDO Auckland on 11 July 2018 commencing at 2.00pm. Registration for all creditors will commence at 1.30pm. Please register early.

The business to be transacted at the meeting is:

1. the liquidators will provide the creditors with an update;
2. whether another liquidator should be appointed in place of the appointed liquidators;
3. whether to appoint a liquidation committee; and
4. to convey the views of creditors to the liquidators.

To the extent you are a creditor of the company and you have not received the liquidators’ report and meeting documents, please contact the liquidators at the address below as soon as possible and submit the required claim and voting forms by the times and dates prescribed in such forms.
