Notice of Watershed Meeting of Creditors

Pursuant to section 239AU of the Companies Act 1993

Notice is hereby given that the watershed meeting of the creditors of CAPE PLUMBING AND DRAINAGE LIMITED (administrator appointed) will be held at the offices of CAPE PLUMBING AND DRAINAGE LIMITED located at Unit 12/109 Ford Road, Napier, on 25 May 2018 commencing at 1.30pm.

The purpose of the meeting is:

1. To consider the report of the administrator.
2. To determine:
1. whether to execute a deed of company arrangement; or
2. whether to bring the administration to an end; or
3. whether the company should be placed into liquidation.
