Land Transfer Act Notice

An application under section 70 of the Land Transfer Act 1952 has been received for the removal of an easement.

The applicant claims the easement is redundant by reason of the circumstances set out below.

If no objections have been received before 8 March 2018, the Register will be updated to record the easement as redundant.

Easement: Right of way, telecommunications and electric power easements over parts marked A, B, D, M, V, F, O, X, AD, G, P, Y, H, Q, Z, I, R, AA, J, S, AB, K, T and AC on Deposited Plan 349216 and over parts marked A, C, E, B, D and F on Deposited Plan 435228 comprised in Computer Freehold Registers 201856, 201857, 201859, 201860, 201861, 201862, 201863, 201864, 201865, 536490 and 536491 and a stormwater drainage easement over part marked AJ on Deposited Plan 349216 comprised in Computer Freehold Register 201863 and appurtenant to Lots 1, 2 and 3 Deposited Plan 511688 comprised in Computer Freehold Register 699823 created by Easement Instrument 7453747.6 registered on 9 July 2007 at 9.00 am.

Circumstances: The easement has become redundant due to the separation of the dominant tenements from the servient tenements by subdivision on Land Transfer Plan 511688.
