Pursuant to section 47 of the Land Transfer Act 1952, the Registrar-General of Land may designate land registry offices for the purposes of presentation of instruments for registration.

The Registrar-General of Land designates the following office of Land Information New Zealand as a land registry office for the purposes of section 47(1) of the Land Transfer Act 1952 with effect from Monday 24 September 2018:

65 Bryce Street, Hamilton 3204. Postal Address: Private Bag 3028, Waikato Mail Centre, Hamilton 3240, or DX GX10069, Hamilton.

The office of Land Information New Zealand at 820 Victoria Street, corner of Victoria and Rostrevor Streets, Hamilton 3204, will close on 21 September 2018 and its designation as a land registry office will cease to have effect from that date.
