I hereby give notice of an application lodged with me for the issue of a Computer Freehold Register to the below-named applicant pursuant to section 3 of the Land Transfer Amendment Act 1963 for the land described below.

Such Computer Freehold Register may be issued and existing estates and interests determined unless caveat forbidding that is lodged with me on or before 15 October 2018.

Application 10904851.1 by Selwyn District Council, c/o Buddle Findlay, Solicitors, 83 Victoria Street, Christchurch (Attention: Amy Watson/Blake Cescon), for an estate in fee simple in 1010m², more or less, being Lot 1 Deposited Plan 491602, being the land contained in Computer Freehold Register CB133/146, Canterbury Land District.

The registered proprietors of the above land are John McLachlan, James Marshall and Henry McDonald and the land is situated between 1442 and 1448 Leeston Road, Doyleston (between Drain Road and Petticoat Lane).
