Easement: Right of way over Lot 2 DP 399414, Lot 14 DPS 28018 and Lot 15 DPS 28018 contained in Computer Freehold Registers 396530 and SA26D/475 (servient tenements) appurtenant to Lot 1 DP 458447, Lot 2 DP 453853 and Lot 2 DP 307484 contained in Computer Freehold Registers 596782, 581815 and 28982 (dominant tenements) created by Transfer S140271 registered on 8 May 1958.
Circumstances: The dominant tenements have become physically separated from the servient tenements as a result of subdivision shown on DPS 17788.
