Easement: A right of way over part Lot 3 DP 18760 appurtenant to Lot 2 DP 70923 created by Transfer 507038 – 20.8.1959 at 11.18am.

Circumstances: The dominant land has become physically separated from the servient land as a result of the subdivision of plan DP 70923.
