Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Janine Stocker, Land Information New Zealand:

1. Pursuant to section 114, declares the land described in the First Schedule to this notice to be road and vested in the Crown;
2. Pursuant to section 116 and 117(6) and (7), declares the portion of road described in the Second Schedule to this notice to be stopped and added to the land in Computer Freehold Register 427443 and Computer Interest Register 58393 subject to Lease C842978.4 and Certificate 9889354.1; and
3. Pursuant to sections 20 and 28, and pursuant to an agreement to that affect being entered into, declares that the easement described in the Third Schedule to this notice is acquired over the land described in the Second Schedule to this notice. The rights and powers implied in specified classes of easement are those prescribed by the Land Transfer Regulations 2002 and/or Schedule Five of the Property Law Act 2007, and shall vest in the Crown on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.
