Pursuant to section 323 of the Local Government Act 1974 and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Zak Sun, Land Information New Zealand, hereby declares that the portion of road described in the Schedule to this notice has been transferred to the Crown by the South Taranaki District Council, pursuant to the said section 323, and as from the date of this notice the land shall be deemed to be Crown land subject to the Land Act 1948.
