Under the Conservation Act 1987 the Permissions/Statutory Land Management Manager, Dunedin Service Centre, Department of Conservation, gives notice of the disposal in fee simple of the land described in the Schedule for the consideration referred to in the Agreement dated 29 June 2017, made between Her Majesty The Queen and R.M. and C.K. Alty.
