Under section 355 of the Resource Management Act 1991 (in accordance with section 41 of the Marine and Coastal Area (Takutai Moana) Act 2011), the Minister of Conservation vests the leasehold interest for a term of 105 years with a commencement date of 1 October 2011 and an expiry date of 30 September 2116, more particularly described in the memorandum of lease including the encumbrances and restrictions therein dated 10 February 2017, in two areas of reclaimed coastal land owned by the Crown, being part of the Whangarei Harbour reclamations and as described in the Schedule to this notice, in the Marsden Maritime Holdings Limited.
