Pursuant to section 38(1) of the Ngā Mana Whenua o Tāmaki Makaurau Collective Redress Act 2014, Her Excellency the Governor-General, acting on the advice and with the consent of the Executive Council, hereby declares that Schedule 6 and section 164(3) of the Ngā Mana Whenua o Tāmaki Makaurau Collective Redress Act 2014 will come into force as from the 28th day after the publication of this Order in Council in the New Zealand Gazette, with the effect that Tūpuna Maunga o Tāmaki Makaurau Authority will be the administering body of Maungauika for the purposes of the Reserves Act 1977, Auckland Council will be responsible for the routine management of Maungauika, and Maungauika will be added to Schedule 5 of the Hauraki Gulf Marine Park Act 2000.
