Under the Reserves Act 1977 the Operations Manager, Murikihu District, Department of Conservation, Invercargill, classifies the reserves described in the Schedule as reserves for the purposes specified at the end of the respective descriptions subject to the provisions of the Act and further vests the reserves in the Southland District Council in trust for the described purposes.
