- Pursuant to section 20 and an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the First Schedule to this notice is acquired for the functioning indirectly of a road (segregation strip), which shall vest in the Crown;
- Pursuant to section 52(1), the land described in the Second Schedule to this notice is set apart for the functioning indirectly of a road (segregation strip), which shall remain vested in the Crown;
- Pursuant to section 116, declares the road described in the Third Schedule to be stopped, and further declares, pursuant to section 52(1), shall be set apart for the functioning indirectly of a road (Segregation Strip) which shall remain vested in the Crown
on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.
