Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Zak Sun, Land Information New Zealand, declares that:

1. Pursuant to section 119 the land described in the First Schedule to this notice is taken as severance together with the right to drain sewage created in Easement Certificate 565736.4 and shall be amalgamated with the land in Record of Title HBP2/690; and
2. Pursuant to section 116 the road described in the Second Schedule to this notice is stopped vested and shall be amalgamated with the land in Record of Title HBP2/690

on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.
