Pursuant to section 16(1) of the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Thames-Coromandel District Council, pursuant to a resolution passed at its ordinary meeting of 15 May 2018 hereby classifies the land described in the Schedule to this notice as a local purpose (community centre) reserve, subject to the Reserves Act 1977.
