Pursuant to section 116 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Zak Sun, Land Information New Zealand, declares the portion of road described in the Schedule to this notice to be stopped and, pursuant to section 117(7), added to the land in the New Zealand Gazette, 21 February 1985, No. 27, page 597, being part of the adjoining recreation reserve for which Record of Title 864727 has been pre-allocated, on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.
