Under the Reserves Act 1977 (“Act”), the undersigned hereby classifies the reserve described in the Schedule as scenic reserve for the purposes specified in section 19(1)(b) of the Act, and declares that the reserve forms part of the Eastern Rakiura Scenic Reserve.
