Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Thames-Coromandel District Council, pursuant to a resolution passed at its ordinary meeting of 30 October 2018:

1. pursuant to section 14, hereby declares the land described in the First Schedule to be a scenic reserve; and
2. pursuant to section 16(1), hereby classifies the land described in the Second Schedule to be a recreation reserve; and
3. pursuant to section 16(1), hereby classifies the land described in the Third Schedule to be a local purpose (esplanade) reserve

subject to the Reserves Act 1977.
