Notice of Intention to Amalgamate Land Under Section 98 of the Greater Christchurch Regeneration Act 2016, Waimakariri District
Pursuant to section 98 of the Greater Christchurch Regeneration Act 2016, I, the Honourable Dr Megan Woods, Minister for Greater Christchurch Regeneration, on the date of publication of this notice in the New Zealand Gazette, amalgamate the land in the Schedule to this notice, and any estate or interest in, or any status, restriction, charge, or any other encumbrance that applies to any piece of land to be amalgamated will be extinguished.
