In exercise of the powers conferred on it by delegated authority under the Reserves Act 1977, the Whangarei District Council notifies the following resolution passed by the council on 30 August 2018:

“That pursuant to Section 16(10) of the Act the Council declares the reserve described in the Schedule be known as Potter Park”.
