Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Zak Sun, Land Information New Zealand, hereby amends the notice titled “Land Acquired for Use in Connection With a Road (Shared Path)—State Highway 16, Te Atatu, Auckland”, dated 11 October 2018 and published in the New Zealand Gazette, 15 October 2018, Notice No. 2018-ln5176, by deleting the Schedule of that notice and replacing it with the following Schedule:

Land Acquired for Use in Connection With a Road (Shared Path)

Dated at Wellington this 6th day of November 2018.
