Pursuant to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, and a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Zak Sun, Land Information New Zealand, declares that, pursuant to an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule to this notice is acquired for local purpose (utility) reserve and shall vest in the Tasman District Council subject to the Reserves Act 1977 and subject to section 59 of the Land Act 1948, section 8 of the Coal Mines Amendment Act 1950, a right to convey water contained in Transfer 184349.1 and Compensation Certificate 11069842.1, on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.
