Pursuant to section 24 of the Reserves Act 1977 and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Taupo District Council hereby changes the classification of the recreation reserve described in the Schedule to this notice to local purpose (community buildings and facilities) reserve, subject to the provisions of the said Act.
