Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Janine Stocker, Land Information New Zealand, declares:

1. Pursuant to section 116, the portion of road described in the Schedule to this notice to be stopped and shall remain vested in the Waikato District Council.
2. Pursuant to sections 20 and 50 and pursuant to an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the stopped road in the Schedule to this notice is acquired for the functioning indirectly of a road (segregation strip) and shall vest in the Crown.
