Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Zak Sun, Land Information New Zealand, declares:

1. Pursuant to section 114 Public Works Act 1981, that, an agreement to that effect having being entered into, the land described in the First Schedule to this notice is hereby declared road and is vested in the Central Otago District Council;
2. Pursuant to sections 116 and 117, the portion of road adjoining or passing through the land described in the Second Schedule to this notice to be stopped and, pursuant to section 120(3), amalgamated with the land in Computer Freehold Register 467463 subject to and together with the easement in gross over the land described in the Third Schedule to this notice on the terms and conditions described in the Fourth Schedule to this notice

on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.

Terms of the Easement

The dominant tenement shall be In Gross.
