Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Carterton District Council, pursuant to a resolution dated 15 December 1999 and 28 May 2014, gives notice that:

1. Under to section 16(2A), the land described in the Schedule is hereby classified as recreation reserve.
2. Under to section 16(10), the land described in the Schedule is hereby named Sparks Park.
