Pursuant to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Kavya Shrivastava, Land Information New Zealand, declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the First Schedule to this notice is hereby acquired in connection with a service lane and shall vest in the Thames-Coromandel District Council subject to a right in gross to drain sewage over part marked “E” on SO 528980 (in favour of the Thames-Coromandel District Council) created by easement instrument 9622661.3; a right to convey water, electricity, telecommunications and computer media; and a right to drain sewage over part marked “D” on SO 528980 created by easement instrument 9622661.4, together with an appurtenant right of way created by conveyance 356508 (R472/727).

The land described in the Second Schedule to this notice is hereby acquired for a local purpose (service lane) reserve and shall vest in the Thames-Coromandel District Council subject, as to the land firstly described in the Second Schedule to this notice, to a right in gross to drain sewage over part marked “H” and “F” on SO 528980 (in favour of the Thames-Coromandel District Council) created by easement instrument 9622661.3; a right to convey water, electricity, telecommunications and computer media; and a right to drain sewage over part marked “F”, “G” and “I” on SO 528980 created by easement instrument 9622661.4, together with an appurtenant right of way created by conveyance 356508 (R472/727)

on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.
