Gazette.govt.nzUnder the Reserves Act 1977, the Operations Manager, Kapiti Wellington District, Department of Conservation, hereby:
- revokes the reservation as a recreation reserve over the land described in the First Schedule;
- revokes the reservation as a local purpose (neighbourhood) reserve over the land described in the Second Schedule
and declares the land may be disposed of by the Porirua City Council at current market value, the proceeds from any sale to be used and applied in or towards the improvement of other reserves under control of the Porirua City Council or in or towards the purchase of other land for reserves.
