- pursuant to section 50 of the Act, the portions of land described in the First Schedule to be set apart as local purpose (harbour protection) reserve and to remain vested in the Crown;
- pursuant to section 52 of the Act, the portions of land described in the Second Schedule to be set apart as recreation reserve and to remain vested in the Crown;
- pursuant to section 50 of the Act, the portion of land described in the Third Schedule to be set apart as recreation reserve and to remain vested in the Crown; and
- pursuant to section 114 of the Act, the portion of land described in the Fourth Schedule to be set apart for road vested in the Southland District Council.
