Authorisation of the Exchange of Part of a Reserve for Other Land—Irwin Place, Taupo District

Pursuant to section 15 of the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Taupo District Council authorises the exchange of part of the recreation reserve described in the First Schedule to this notice for the land described in the Second Schedule.
