Pursuant to section 8(1A) of the Conservation Act 1987, the Director Operations, Northern North Island Region, Department of Conservation, declares the conservation area described in the Schedule to be a reserve, subject to the Reserves Act 1977, and classified as a scenic reserve for the purposes specified in 19(1)(b) of the latter Act.
