Pursuant to section 15(1) of the Reserves Act 1977, Michael Renier Antonius Theelen, Chief Executive Office, Queenstown-Lakes District Council, hereby authorises the exchange of part of the local purpose reserve (beautification) described in the First Schedule for the land described in the Second Schedule.
