Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Kavya Shrivastava, Land Information New Zealand, pursuant to sections 116 and 117, declares the land described in the First, Second and Third Schedules to this notice to be stopped and pursuant to section 120(3):

1. The area described in the First Schedule amalgamated with the land in Computer Freehold Register 330831 subject to the Reserves Act 1977.
2. The area described in the Second Schedule amalgamated with the land in Computer Freehold Register OT5B/1270, subject to mortgage 8832500.2 and subject to the rights and powers implied and attaching to an easement for the right to lead and convey electricity and electrical impulses for Aurora Energy Limited, created over Area A shown on SO 512716, as set out in EI 7870553.1 as if the same were fully set out herein.
3. The area described in the Third Schedule amalgamated with the land in Computer Freehold Register OT3C/379, subject to mortgage 9220215.3 and charging order 10698633.1.
