Pursuant to section 12(1) of the National Parks Act 1980, Her Excellency The Governor-General, acting on the advice and with the consent of the Executive Council, hereby declares that the land described in the Schedule hereto shall, as from the 28th day after publication of this Order in Council in the New Zealand Gazette, be excluded from the Special Area in the Fiordland National Park.
