Revocation of the Reservation Over Reserve
Under the Reserves Act 1977, the Director Operations, Central North Island, Department of Conservation, revokes the reservation over the government purposes (police) reserve described in the Schedule with the effect that the land is now Crown Land subject to the Land Act 1948.
