Under section 40 of the Walking Access Act 2008, I declare that the New Zealand Walking Access Commission revokes part of the notice declaring a walkway known as the Moir Hill Walkway, dated 12 October 1983 and published in the New Zealand Gazette, 17 November 1983, No. 192, page 4013, over the the parcels of land described in the Schedule below.
