Pursuant to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Kavya Shrivastava, Land Information New Zealand, declares the land described in the Schedule to this notice to be acquired for use in connection with a road (shared path) and shall vest in the Crown on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.
